The interview process was super easy and simple and everyone was very nice. It was at the mall. Not really a super intense job. Management is lit. Staff seemed easy going, overall.
We jumped around the store like idiots yelling “I want to work for build-a-bear. It was a group interview. Would not do again, I don’t have to be degraded to show I want to be employed. Either hire people or dont, cut the theatrics.

I had a group interview with 4-6 other people and it was actually very competitive and we basically had to do bunch of little activities and the managers judged us. i went into the interview not THAT into having the job but my competitive side jumped out once I noticed how prepared and competitive everyone else was lol who would have thought, right? then half of us were called back the next week for a second interview with formal questions
