The interview had about 4 stages. First is the assessment, then a video assessment, followed by a 10-20 mins call before you agree on an interview date. The final stage is the interview in which they let you know if you pass within a week.

Started with online application then call simulation, then a recorded video assessment. Afterwards someone from HR will reach out to arrange a 20 min phone call wherein you agree on an interview date followed by the final interview via teams with 2 people (1 asking questions and 1 taking notes)

Started with assesment simulation of answering a call then second stage was video interview recording questions third stage was zoom interview with recruitment team consisting of competency based questions and scenario based questions Ur answers are marked out of 5 U need above 2 in all to pass and if U do uve got the job

Competency assessment where you had to answer questions based on definitions provided. There were 2 HR employees and one asked the questions whilst the other made notes. Five minutes per question with five questions asked total.
