Be enthusiastic. Show that you really want to make a difference. Be optimistic. They like those traits. Promote a can-do, team-oriented frame of mind. This goes a long way and they see that. Ask for advancement opportunities. Bottom line, show that you care. May pay only minimum at first, but the opportunity for advancement is definitely out there.

After an online application, I was contacted through a phone call and got invited for an in-person interview. The interview was very simple and I was essentially given the chance to schedule with them when I want to sign the contract and start.

Primero me llamaron para citarme a una cita al dia siguiente, cuando me presenté me hicieron esperar aproximadamente 40 minutos. La entrevistadora fue muy amable y breve, lo unico que me resultó dudoso e que no me quisieron aclarar la retribucion economica por lo tanto no me presente posteriormente
