Thank you for sharing your interview experience with us. While we strive to provide excellent service and communications, we sometimes need to pause to evaluate our effectiveness. Your feedback leads me to believe you were working with one of our new trainees, their mentor, and perhaps the manager. I can see how it might appear we have too many “cooks in the kitchen”! However, we’ve learned over 35 years that the most effective way to cultivate expert recruiters is in real time; working with experienced team members who provide guidance and coaching while learning how to recruit effectively. My entire team apologizes for not communicating this with you at the beginning of the process.
Regarding pay, I’d love to better understand your comments. You mentioned pay was not discussed, and that it was under market rate. For clarity, we do offer competitive pay and multiple compensation packages. Our base package includes employee health care to which you can add other options such as PTO and/or holiday pay.
