Interview
Pretty formal. The interview took about 45 minutes.
It was a very one sided interview. They weren't able to answer questions until the end of the interview. They just asked questions, and you were to answer. This meant that there was no conversation, it was just a question and answer.

recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
