I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
Questions were very basic and to the point. Went through two phone interviews (with an amazing HR representative) for the summer internship until they began to hassle me about me summer school schedule. As a senior, about to graduate in August, I had to take one capstone class during the middle of the day which was the only time that would fit my schedule. I got denied by email for the final in person interview based on my availability by the HR representative for Texas after my third phone interview.
Phone interview, then a tour, then meeting some individuals. Finished off with a sales pitch which is described below. Did not do great so I did not get the job.

Interview
The process was really smooth. The recruiter and managers that I interviewed were extremely nice and accommodating. The whole process took around 3 weeks with timely communication. The interview itself felt like a conversation and was heavily based on my past experiences, academics, and role-related skills.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It was done at my campus and the recruiter was very nice. It was a series of behavioral based questions, but still flowed like a conversation.
