I applied online. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Overland Park, KS) in Mar 2013
Interview
Lots of behavioral questions, wanted examples for each. Some were hard because they were similarly related. 2 people followed by a shadow at 3 different stations. Pay attention because the follow-up questionnaire wants to know what you would do. They just go through a list of questions, rapid fire and want quick responses.

Interview
The process was really smooth. The recruiter and managers that I interviewed were extremely nice and accommodating. The whole process took around 3 weeks with timely communication. The interview itself felt like a conversation and was heavily based on my past experiences, academics, and role-related skills.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It was done at my campus and the recruiter was very nice. It was a series of behavioral based questions, but still flowed like a conversation.
