Interview
Three step process. Started out at a college job fair, did a job interview in person on campus. After that got sent to Chicago to do an interview in person. Got to meet both sides of the business and learn what it's all about.
Smooth, straight forward process. It was divided into 3 different steps. Phone call, interview with recruiter and then interview with manager. Great role and gained valuable expiernce. The interviews were to the point.

Describe a scenario where you had to go above and beyond?
First interview was over the phone with the CH Robinson recruiter. Second was in person at the office with two of the managers. Received an offer after the second interview.

What do you think enables you to succeed in a sales role.
Questions and Answers, reviewed the resume, went on the floor and watched a few people do the job. Asked them questions and took a tour of the building. Took about 2 hours.
