If there's one company that's managed to push my buttons with their interviews, its c3.ai. The whole process to be extremely disrespectful to interviewees and their time. After spending 3+ weeks of 5 + interviews, they ghost you without any regard for you or your time. Career growth in the company is not good based on my interaction, and they will try to lowball and suggest you take a lower title. In my case, they rejected me after all that, with no explanation. Soulless management who view candidates as dispensable, and have no regard and give nothing back for the time / effort you spent pursuing their role. Recruiter neither reads or responds to email during and after the whole ordeal. No suggestions or feedback is given, despite me asking multiple times. I have nothing to take back after spending a lot of time in their process.
