I am going through the interview process and have not finished it yet. I had the initial phone screen and the online skills test. I have a follow up phone interview scheduled in couple of days.

Overall good experience for SQL server developer role:
L1 - performance tuning concepts, like indexing, monitoring tools
L2 - again performance tuning concepts like locks, isolation levels transactions etc.
L3 - HR round salary expectations and negotiation.
