It was a three step interview process:
An initial interview with the recruiter for the company
Have to be selected for a second interview with the hiring and direct manager for your business segment and team
And then selected for a final interview with the Senior Manager for the business segment and team

What did I know about the company to start with?
Tell me about your work experience and explain how that applies to this role?
How would you handle a customer's order being incorrect, back ordered, etc.?
What do you do when you face opposition from former and potential customers?
You are speaking with a former customer and they are very happy with their current vendor how do you handle that situation?
How do you handle not having all the information right off the start?
What do you do to prepare yourself to do cold calls?
How comfortable are you speaking with customers and cold calling?

Interview
Interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions! They got back to me promptly and followed up with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend applying if you are interested!
Short and straightforward two interviews: one phone screen with the recruiter and the next one is with the sales manager of your territory. It was a quick turnaround for them to let me know where I stood in the process.
Full interview day (with 3 group based tasks) and a solo 30 min presentation at the end. Group tasks included an outbound cold call and some strategic work. There were 24 candidates in total
