I applied online and received a Technical Assessment invite within a week, which I passed and received an HR call on the same day to let me know that I passed the assessment and will receive an Interview invite in a few days. After 3-4 days, HR again called me to let me know that the position had been filled and they would keep my profile with them for future positions.
Assessment was based on Java, Spring Framework, Azure, Microservices, Agile, Kafka, SQL and GIT. It was a mix of MCQ (easy to hard, must have good knowledge about the topics) and 2-3 coding questions (easy to medium difficulty).

The interview process began with an HR screening, followed by an in-person written test. This was succeeded by a virtual technical interview. The technical rounds primarily focused on Java (including Java 17 features), Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
The questions were largely Java-centric and scenario-based, with an emphasis on deep conceptual understanding, internal working of core Java constructs, and practical application of Spring and microservices in real-world systems.
