In person interview was Face to Face with Director, who asked questions related to job, this included behavioural and situational questions, finally they asked to provide a plan on how to implement Agile framework for their client.

Interview
Met with technical lead for over an hour to review my previous projects and discuss Agile methods. Then I met with the Account Manager to discuss my knowledge and experience with PMBoK processes. I was called back the next week to meet with the Director for about 30 minutes that included presentation of the job offer.
