Received a phone interview at first, then was invited to an in-person interview at the Markham office in Canada, by 2 interviewers, the entire interview process lasted for 30 mins.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2022

Is ok and the two worker that interview me is on there phone so I think the first experience is bad for me because I’m a student and This is the first interview hahah
Recruiter seems to have a pool of candidates which they contact on staffing requirements. When contacted it was via an initial phone screen. This was then followed by in person interview.
