2 Back-to-Back 30-minute interviews, 90% Behavioral and 10% accounting/technical. More of a fit interview should be able to pass make sure to prepare thoughful questions at the end best of luck
The first round just covered my experience and introduced the role. The managers walked through their career and the associate program and then asked me to walk through my resume and share how it would be relevant in a commercial banking setting

Interview
Initially, there was a phone screening with HR. Moving forward, I was invited to a Super Day interview that took place from 9 am into the afternoon. I interviewed with 3-4 bankers in my super day. Other candidates were interviewing and we rotated between interviewers. Interviewers were very friendly and it was a natural conversation for the most part.
