Interview
First I got a phone call and made up a time to do the in person interview. Then, I had a 1:1 interview with VP for 30 mins and with a manager and an associate for another 30 mins.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict on a team. How did you handle that?
Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,
Good behavioural and technical process. Had five rounds. All at varying levels. Md as well as analyst. Took about a month. You may get a case study as well l.

Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
