Interview
They were all very nice people and all very quiet. I got to speak my mind and show off exactly how much I knew about the bank and the position. I was on time and I walked into a board room with my panel. I thought it was strange to have a panel, but don't be intimidated by that.
there are 2 stages in the process which are initial screening with hr manager and interview with branch manager. it usually takes around one month for the whole process and

Interview
I applied online, did a phone interview with HR, and HR recommended my resume to the branch level, I received a call from a manager for a face-to-face interview. There were two managers. Interview experience was ok overall. They just really concerned about if you can work for them longer and language that you speak based on the location of the branch.
