Interview
I submit an application for the position and received an invitation for a digital video interview to be completed on their interview platfom a few weeks later. The interview took no more than 10 minutes, involved answering 3 questions in front of a camera with 1 minute prep time & no ability to redo questions.

Interview
Pretty simple interview structure. First round is pre-recorded video interview. Second and final stage was a 1 hour zoom call with a branch GM and Senior HR rep. Relatively easy and straight forward questions but you really have to WOW them to get an offer. I think they interview 300-400 applicants and only 4 or 5 get offers
