I had two interviews via the phone and one in person. It was not very well organized. I ended up suggesting slots and confirming the appointment (while ai was expecting this from the company). However, people during the interview were nice. HR was not available to meet not even after I started working in the company after about a month. This made it complicated for some things HR related to start in the company. I worked there but the environment and culture was not very good, because management seemed to lack direction.
