I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CNA in Jan 2016
Interview
CNA reaches out very quickly through an HR rep after I applied online through my university. They emailed me to set up a phone interview the following week. The conversation was very easy.
Great, easy no technicals. They were very friendly and gave us a tour and then food after. no sweat. Everything was by the books and the people who worked there were sweet to me
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CNA (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was professional and easy with very nice people. Only behavioral questions and no technical ones. Tour around the office and then three back to back interviews. Asked a lot of the same questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CNA (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Quick first round phone interview asked concise questions and was to the point. I was asked a few behavioral questions and then told more about the internship. Then, I was told about the further screening of another phone interview with an IT manager, then further screening during an in-person interview with the IT team.
