Interview
They gave a very brief phone interview just to see if you're still interested. The next day I was invited to attend the open house for the position. The open house was 3 hours long, but it was very informative. You were able to have a Q & A with the managers while you wait for your 15 minute interview. The managers were really friendly and got to know you and you them. After the open house, I was invited back for an hour long interview. The questions were basic scenario questions.
