Disorganized and inefficient. Recruiter took over a week + a follow up email to reply to set up an initial phone call, and then 2 days before our call I received an automated rejection email and nothing else.

It was good and was very hands on. The team takes the interview seriously and wants to ask detailed questions. Ensure you are prepared to share real world scenarios to relate and give examples.
