Interview
I filled out an application online and was called about a week later to set up a time for an in person interview. The interview was pretty easy. They asked basic questions, explained the dress code, made sure you agreed to following procedures, and then asked interview questions such as talking about a time in your life where you had to multi task or complete a task with little time, and you had to sell a product to the interviewer (in my case it was a pen). They want to make sure you can engage with customers, be good at marketing the product, and sell.

Question 1
You have to sell something to the interviewer. They can pull out anything for you to market to them. This is difficult when you aren't expecting it, and don't know what the item will be. It can be challenging to come up with a good sales pitch like that.
Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.

I met the manager at the store and talked to them. We just talked about previous work experience and basically what I sent in my portfolio. It was not too hard
