The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CVS Health (Boston, MA) in Dec 2010
Interview
Behavioral question as mostly you will be dealing with customer service. Very easy stuff. Background in retail will be useful and make sure you give into detail of what you have done and your conflict resolution skill. There is really no reason to worry about the interview, because everyone can do this job! They are just looking for someone who is willing to stand (yes, there is no chair at CVS Pharmacy, and you will be standing for the whole 8 to 12 hours shift), and learn. There is a drug screening process that may take up to 1 week and the on-the-job training, which lasts about 2 months depending on how fast you are able to acquire the skills.

Question 1
How would you handle ....... when the customer is complaining?
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
