I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Clifton Park, NY) in Jul 2008
Interview
Every interview is different. Sometimes you get interviewed by a District manager, sometimes a store manager. You get an interview based on who you know (District managers love to hire their friends). Then you have an interview, if they like you that is followed by a background check and a drug test. Once all of that is complete you get placed with a "training store manager" get ready for the worst training of your life.

Question 1
Imagine you are a box...what are your ingredients?
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very bad process, inteviewed by the DM who told me when I walked in "I dont meet people for the first interview" and it was all downhill from there. Basically all that was discussed was if I knew how to break down a shipment because the store manager does 75-80% of every truck. Literally nothing else.
Smooth and Efficient. From interview to new hire onboarding within 24 hours, I was originally told it could be up to two weeks but I was amazed at how quick everything went

Question 1
How will your experience relate to your job here at CVS?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) in Sep 2024
Interview
Face to face standard interview in an office with acting manager. Went over all expectations of job as well as future expectations. Interviewer seemed confused as I was clearly interviewing for his job. Not much help.
