You will need to provide a writing sample that is reviewed to see how you interact with clients and level of professionalism.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
