I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2012
Interview
First is a phone screening with a recruiter which lasts about 15 mins. Next interview is in person that lasts 30-45 mins. Typical questions involving work experience, workplace scenarios, and goals. PBM experience is a definite plus, but will not exclude you from getting the job. They're tyipcally looking for someone with common sense, a good work history, and an energetic and ambitious personality.
