Interview
It was good. The manager was friendly and looked as though he was not going to quiz me too harshly. He basically wanted to know my employment background and test how well I would interact with customers and coworkers. He also wanted to know how I am when it comes to handling angry or agitated customers and finding solutions to their problems.
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
