Interview
First the resumes are screened and then they call you for a face to face discussion at their office. There are 3-4 technical interviews in which questions are basically based on C++ programming and data structures
Also a lot of questions are asked on your resume.
Puzzles are also commonly asked.
The final round is an HR round after which they tell you whether you're selected or not
