The interview process can stretch up till an eternity, plus you will never know that you have been rejected and the reason why, HRs won't respond to your e-mail.
I applied via off-campus recruitment, called for In-office interview, all applicants had a pen-paper test, followed by 2-3 technical rounds and then a HR round. All rounds were elimination.

Level order binary tree traversal, reverse a linked list, middle element of a linked list, basic OOPs concept, Print all leave nodes and their parents only from a binary tree. A few puzzles.
Second last round was with the Director who in the end asked me for 'my full name' ( indirectly he wanted to know the caste to which i belong) despite having my resume infront of him

Interviews went well, got to final stage with the CEO and he said they really wanted to hire me. Then I got completely ghosted and haven't heard from them in months.
