      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Oct 2013

      Interview

Campus interview - behavioral/resume. Followed by a very nice dinner in Houston, TX with all the other candidates and employees that will be interviewing you the following day. Next day starts with presentations about yourself, as who are you, what do you do, what do you want, and how does the apply to Cameron. Typically followed by 3 one on one interviews that are very similar to your first one with a bit more technical interest.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Mar 2011

      Interview

It started with a 2:1 interview on campus at A&M and then it moved straight to the on site interview after that but it took a few weeks to finally hear back from them. On the onsite interview you have to give a presentation about yourself and then do three interviews. It was weird though because I thought the interview when well but apparently it didn't. Very confusing on what they are actually looking for in an employee.

When was one opportunity that you had to mediate a situation?
