I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Mar 2011
Interview
It started with a 2:1 interview on campus at A&M and then it moved straight to the on site interview after that but it took a few weeks to finally hear back from them. On the onsite interview you have to give a presentation about yourself and then do three interviews. It was weird though because I thought the interview when well but apparently it didn't. Very confusing on what they are actually looking for in an employee.

Typically followed by 3 one on one interviews that are very similar to your first one with a bit more technical interest.
