Presentation amongst competition and managers. There were around 3 rounds of speed dating interviews. They provide dinner the night before at a fancy restaurant. They provide you a place to sleep for the interview. Make sure to the interviewers and make your name known in person outside of the formal process.

Everybody there was friendly and approachable. Although there were 6 interviewers, it wasnt stressful at all

Presentation (they will ask for your input and your business decision based on the current outlook, basically how you will handle an excess of manpower)
Plant tour (interviewees are required to make a safety / room for improvement observation)
Panel interview (3 panels, each with three interviewers. On each panel are 2 managers and 1 HR executive)

1st round of interviews the next day. Basic behavioral questions, it was myself and 2 of their recruiters
Called in for 2nd round in Houston with a dinner the night before.
