I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capco (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2021
Interview
Four interviews starting with a potential peer on to principal consultant then managing director and finally a business case assessment and review with other senior consultants. The interview with the Director was rescheduled 3 times and she sent a delegate for the last reschedule, which was unexpected and very unprofessional
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were focused on experience. Not a lot of 'gotcha' questions
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
