Smooth 3 stage process. The interviewers were friendly and approachable. The 3rd stage interview which was taken by the company partner is a very friendly and funny guy and it didn't look like you were in an interview

1. 1st stage was oral technical questions on Java
2. 2nd stage was a technical test with the interviewer watching. It was a simple API microservice design and implementation
3. 3rd stage was with the company partner which was more of what you are looking for in your next role and how you planning to contribute to the company
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
