I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2015
Interview
Submitted my application online directly on their careers website. Received a phone call the following day and set up first round interview of 3 hours (1 hour HR, 1 hour Competency based, 1 hour presentation). After successful completion of this a final partner interview was scheduled within a week and job offered made. Whole process until I started working took approximately 1 month.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Presentation question was what I would do during the start-up phase of a project. I was left in a room and asked to draw / write my approach down onto a white board and then one of the consultants returned within 20 minutes to review what I had written asked me a few questions about this.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
