Wir saßen zu zweit zusammen in einer entspannten Atmosphäre und mir wurde direkt am Anfang scho das "Du" angeboten. Viel über das Studium und die Arbeit gesprochen, aber auch Dinge "neben der Arbeit" kamen nicht zu kurz. Alles in allem hat Capgemini einen super Eindruck hinterlassen. Es wurden keine Tests oder ähnliches durchgeführt und nach dem Gespräch gab es direkt ein Feedback.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
