Interview
Hi, i was recently selected for capgemini.
There are 3 rounds
1. Written test
2. Technical Round
3. HR
The first filter is the written test and it contains of 3 sections.
1.Aptitude
2. Logical reasoning
3. Writing skills.
The entire test is conducted by cocubes which is a very user friendly environment .
First you will be writing the aptitude and logical reasoning . Each section contains 16 bits, 1 mark each and no negative marking. Basic knowledge in formulae is enough for the aptitude and the reasoning is also completely basic english .
As soon as you complete the aptitude and reasoning part, you will be automatically directed to test your writing skills for 10 marks where you will be given a topic and you should write an essay with a maximum of 350 words in 30 minutes which is more than enough to type 350 words.

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.
