I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
Called for F2F interview on weekends. It is like a walk in after going there. Waited for 2-3 hrs. Then it is telephonic interview with the members from different parts of country. They did not have our resumes. Just asked tell about yourself, not sure whether they heard what we were speaking. asked the same questions to all the interview attendees. Answered almost all the questions but still got rejected. Not sure on what basis they are recruiting. One of the recruiter over there said that I don't have sufficient experience required for the job position. They what for they shortlisted my profile and wasted my complete weekend. Worst interview dont go with any hope
