I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Jan 2019
Interview
First of all, one of Capgemini employee refer me for the Analyst position in Capgemini via referrel. I get call letter from Capgemini for interview location is Horizon College. First round is aptitude , this round is elimination round bcz most of people eliminated in this round. So be well prepare in apti otherwise you cann't clear this section. bcz cutoff of this section sometimes is very high. Second round is Psuedo code round in this section consist 25 question in which first section consist 15 question from psuedo code ie output based questions are there. and second section consist 10 question from data structure. This round is also elimination round so be well prepare in output based program. This section contains all question is mcq types. Third round is Technical Round, my hr is very friendly in nature. first of all we did handshake, after handshake, he ask me about myself. and after self introduction he asked me about my project and after project he asked me some type of question related to java and sql also. So be well prepared from resume he asked me what is my goal.
After clearing tr they called me for hr, but before hr they give me one EAF(Employment Application Form) to fill. After filling EAF form i go for hr interview. So my advice is if you clear technical interview then you suppose, you are placed in capgemini. bcz hr is just formality they check your documents attested with EAF form that's it.
So in last i want to say that be confident in front of interviewer.
And ALL THE BEST for future.
I applied through on campus hiring. first online assessment, then behaviourial round then communication round then interview round. very basic to medium questions were asked. all things happened in online format.

Question 1
My introduction and about my tech stack from resume
Thorough and lots of questions in AI. General info uspressed in. You will need to know what you are talking about for sure. Good people though and seems like a great place to work
It was a on campus recruitment drive. Overall, it was a smooth interview process. The Technical Interview had questions ranging from DSA, projects in detail, OOPs, DBMS, OS, C++ basics, etc.
