I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Calcutta) in Mar 2019
Interview
Not a systematic enough process, salary is way too low(2.4lpa during training period in cities like mumbai, bangalore),two year service agreement,so a lot of negatives
First round-aptitude by cocubes, questions(lr & quant) were of average difficulty,
paragraph writing(165-182 words),my topic was honesty is the best policy
This was an elimination round
Second round-Pseudo-coding round(data structures and programs mcq)
This round was not an elimination round
After this round, the people who cleared pseudo coding were sent for non-infra domain interviews, those who didnt went for the infrastructure domain interview
(Those who went for non infra interviews and were rejected were given a chance for infra profile again, those who didnt clear infra interviews were given a chance for service desk profile)
After this round was the hr interview

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
