I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
2 rounds 1st was intense MCQs based on OOPs and Math + 4 Coding questions.
2nd Round is a Skype interview includes building a prototype for the given case study.
I was pretty confident after the 2nd round and was so sure of getting an offer. I followed up with HR who is from new york , after month of follow up and few messages over linkedin he responded saying they are having issues in OPT approval process. I tried to follow up on that issue as well hoping that it was not a rejection for me. Finally after so many messages HR responded that the team for which I interviewed has stopped hiring people and the other team is not willing to move forward, I am not sure what went wrong in this process.
