The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (New Delhi)
Interview
The interview process was super slow with no smooth communication by the HR. It took 10 days for L1 feedback when I had a notice period of 20 days.
There were 2 rounds scheduled. So after 10 days the second round got scheduled, whose feedback was passed on quickly (within a few hrs). Then comes in the HR round, the most tedious, I would say.
She came up with an offer amount which is lower than my current package. 😆😆
So, I asked for a revision to the industry standards and the process took forever.. so, today I joined another company with a great hike!
I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in May 2026
Interview
The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.
