Interview
There are 3 stages.
1. Aptitude Test
2. Technical interview
3. HR interview
You reach next round after passing the current round.
Aptitude was pretty easy. It was an Open campus placement held at PIET, Panipat.
There were around 500 students that participated around 150 passed on to the technical round from that around 50 didn't give the interview. Because of the contingencies of the company.
1. You'll have to sign a bond of 2 years to work with Capgemini. Around any location in India.
2. You are eligible for Increase in Pay after 1 year and not before, That too if they see you worth it.
3. 2.1 lakh per annum.
4. you might have to work in night shifts 2-3 times in a month.

Technical round.
General questions according to your CV. Be confident in what you are saying.
HR
Give positive answers, they basically want to know if you are willing to move around.
And general questions, tell me about yourself. Basically just to test your communication skills.

Interview
Had a conversation with a manager who asked classic behavioral interview questions. Overall went well, questions were basic and easy and the interviewer was pleasant to talk to. They seemed to have a specialty in their team that was not aligned to what I was seeking (Life Science), I'm not sure why they were my interviewer as nothing in my CV let them believe I was in life sciences. I didn't get feedback so maybe that's why I didn't get the job.

Great, quick. Very easy. Initial vide interview then group interview. Quick steps. Good and nice people. Very informative session before group interview. Group case was very easy they only check if you work well with others not if you get the right answer or not. Also, be calm and present your findings

Screening, behavioral, case. Case was sent ahead of time and powerpoint presentation was created. It was 1 on 1 with a senior engineer. It was fair and thought I was able to present my best.
