I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capital Group (Norfolk, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Like many others, I experienced an extremely long interviewing process. From the first email response I received in June, to the call I received in September, it took over three months!
The interviewing process consisted of a short phone interview, two webcam interviews -- the second one was live -- and a live, face-to-face interview that took place after the building tour with a group of job candidates.
All the way up until the last phase of the interview, everyone involved was very nice, punctual, and professional. For reasons I can't confirm, though I think I know, I wasn't called within a window of time I was given on two different occasions with confirmation on not getting the job or with a job offer.
I didn't hear back from Capital Group after being assured I would receive a call within a given time frame. This happened twice and it was very irritating and very unprofessional. I followed up three times, by phone calls and emails spaced out over a month. A few days after an email I sent, I received a call confirming that another candidate was selected.

Why do you want to work at Capital Group as a Client Services Representative"?
Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decision on a job?
How do you use digital media to help you perform your job duties?
Have you ever made an on-the-job decision that you later regretted?
How will you be able to transition from your present line of work to this type of work"?

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.
