Interview
HR reached out after online application. Received an Online Assessment on CodeSignal, the hr would let you know the result the 2nd day -> Final round is Power Day, which consisted of four rounds, 2 tech 1 behavior 1 case study, each lasting one hour.

Question 1
The first round involved script writing, with a given dataset and tasked with writing a script to filter the data according to specific requirements.
The second round focused on DevOps related questions (because it's a devops position), discussing the pros and cons and containerization.
The behavioral round included questions like "Tell me about a time when..." things like "What challenges did you face and how did you handle them?"
The case study involved architecture and design, asked to provide suggestions for optimization for an existing system. And there were some calculations regarding the cost of migrating the system, which was straightforward.
Don't waste time on here. If though you pass the interview, they won't hire you, you need to wait for team matching which make sense at this point, but they will tell after 3 months that they don't have head count. What a nice waste of time.

Power day style interview, two coding, one system design, one behavioral. Everyone was nice, but the interviewers seemed a little under prepared and/or new to interviewing in general. Questions where essentially leetcode medium/hard almost word for word.

Leetcode Count primes, looking for optimal solution
Code assessment then to power day interview with 4 rounds. Overall the power day interviews were okay except for the case study. The interviewer was disengage while being on their phone the whole time. There was a part where the interviewer said fix the mistakes then went back to their phone. I pointed out their code has other errors with template and was ignored. Then while attempting to fix those (10 mins later) they mentioned to ignore that part and focus on the very bottom part of the code. What a waste of time and very unprofessional. This makes me wager a few of the interviewers probably could not pass their own interview process today.
