It was a pretty easy interview process. interviewer was very nice. The Same day you come in for a face to face they do a drug test if they decide to move forward with you.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you received direct criticism from your manager. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Interview
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

Interview
There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
