I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Started with online math assessment analyzing graphs. Then a phone interview with case and some STAR questions. The case was fairly straightforward. Followed up with SuperDay on-site in Richmond. 2 case interviews, 1 Star based behavioral, and one behavioral with random questions.

100 paintings question
Three rounds: HR, case study, and then interview with team with additional case studies. Case studies included the bridge case, revenue case, car loan case, and the famous painting case.
Using these cases feels like "gotcha" moments when doing the interview. They say they want to see "how you think" but these are all mathematical problems with only one answer.
