She asked me questions about my background, same as the phone questions. After that you answer criminal and background questions give them your info and social and you wait again. Then something again in an office room to test you I guess. Later another manager who doesn't know anything about you asks you moral questions and here's where I messed up. I didn't realize it until I left but the last question asked me, the guy cut me off after my answer. My mistake was not thinking about anything work related or team work related. The way he reacted, was polite, but after I walked out the door it hit me like a ton of bricks. This man who doesn't know the first thing about me just judged and assumed I'm unfit for the job because I answered 1 question wrong, it was super obvious(like Vegeta's power level when Goku fought kid buu on king kai's world). I knew exactly what I should have done but I was nervous, so I said whatever came to mind. Carmax Managers will judge you hardcore, and if you answer wrong they will terminate the interview, and pretend everything is fine.
