I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Oct 2016
Interview
The overall process took 2.5 weeks. I met with recruiters at my school career fair and applied that day. I interviewed on campus; 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. The interviews were both conversational, the second one more so. Both interviewers made me feel comfortable and gave a lot of useful information about the company. I got a call that they were extending me an offer less than a week later. I have 2 weeks to let them know my decision.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions I was asked I had seen on Glassdoor and was prepared for. A few questions not on Glassdoor already were:
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A question about working in a group and overcoming a challenge
How do you stay organized?
Make sure to have questions prepared for them! The second interview was more conversational and I asked more questions to the interviewer about the position, Cardinal Health in general, her role, office culture, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Feb 2025
Interview
The initial one if from HR which went well, and the next one is technical.
Another interview with the Operation Manager and IT Supervisor.
